The Réserve version of the Riesling Gin offers an even more intense aroma and complexity.
Here too, pink pepper , grapefruit and kumquat characterise the flavour , complemented by longer maturation in Rheingau oak barrels that once contained Riesling Grosses Gewächs .
During barrel aging, some of the liquid evaporates – this natural evaporation is regularly balanced with Riesling Spätlese , which gives the gin a truly Riesling flavor.
The result is a velvety-smooth , complex gin with finely integrated sweetness , spicy herbal notes and elegant fruit .
Ideal on its own at room temperature or as an accompaniment to game dishes and strong cheeses.

Tradition & Progress
In 1998, Michael Trenz, the eleventh generation, took over the business and continued the family tradition . A significant milestone was when we were named "Newcomer of the Year" by Feinschmecker in 2005 —the first recognition of our work. Three years later, in 2008 , another honor followed when Gault Millau named us "Discovery of the Year."
