Delivery and payment conditions

1. Validity of the conditions
The following terms and conditions of business and delivery apply to all offers made by us and contracts concluded with us. By placing your order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

2. Prices
Prices are per bottle, including glass and packaging, and include VAT. The prices listed in the current price list always apply.

3. Minimum order value for delivery
We deliver free of charge for orders over 250 euros per recipient.

4. Replacement delivery
Our offer is subject to change without notice. Your order is only considered accepted once you have received an order confirmation or an invoice. If the desired wine is out of stock upon receipt of your order, we can offer an equivalent alternative upon request.

5. Liability for transport damage
Delivery will be made immediately upon receipt of your order using a shipping method determined by us. Transport damage will be reimbursed provided the damage is confirmed by the transport company on the waybill immediately upon delivery and we have received the consignment note. Complaints about wines and other products must be made immediately, but no later than eight days after receipt of the shipment. Crystallization of tartar is a natural phenomenon that does not affect the quality of the wine and is not grounds for complaint.

6. Consignment goods
If a commission agreement exists, we will only accept returns of goods within a specified period and in undamaged original packaging.

7. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, we request payment within 10 days of the invoice date. Payments must be made to us or upon presentation of a collection authorization.

8. Retention of title
We retain title until our claims from the entire business relationship have been fully settled. Pledging or transferring ownership as security to third parties is excluded. In the event of resale to third parties, the rights to the claim are transferred to us. The sale may only take place in the ordinary course of business. In the event of imminent judicial seizure, the buyer undertakes to immediately object and notify us without delay.

9. Place of performance and jurisdiction
The place of performance for delivery and service is Johannisberg, the place of jurisdiction is Rüdesheim am Rhein.
